Virtual ring try on: see how a ring looks on your hand
SeeYourRing is a free virtual ring try-on: preview ring styles on a hand like yours before you buy.
The version that uses your own photo is in private testing, so pick an example hand and a ring, then slide.
A ring shown on a hand, one ring at a time. Not a sizer, not a store.
Hand 3 of 12, round solitaire, white gold.
Drag the gold handle or tap anywhere on the picture. On a keyboard, tab to the slider and use the arrow keys; Home and End jump to each side.
-
Share or save any view
A link opens the same hand and ring on any device, and a saved picture names the ring style in one corner.
-
No sign-up, no app
It works in the browser on a phone, a tablet or a desktop computer.
-
Your own photo: private testing
The try-on that starts from a photograph of your hand is with a small test group now. It opens here when it is ready, and the privacy page will say how photos are handled first.
How the try-on works
-
01
Pick a hand
Twelve example hands so far, eight from women and four from men, cover light, medium, olive and deep skin tones, younger and older skin, on different backgrounds.
-
02
Pick a ring
Thirty-five ring designs in three rows, engagement rings, women's bands and men's bands, each named by style and metal. The small swatch beside the name shows the metal.
-
03
Slide to compare
Drag the gold handle across the picture. Left of it is the hand as pictured; right of it is the same hand wearing the ring. Share the view as a link or save the picture.
What you see
Each ring is shown on the ring finger, at a size that looks right on that hand. Switch hands with one ring to compare it across skin tones, or keep one hand and go through every ring shown on it.
What you get is a visual preview of how a style sits on a hand: the width of a band, the spread of a halo, the look of yellow gold against a skin tone. It measures no part of the hand.
Who it is for
If you are choosing between styles, the demonstration shows how each one reads on a hand like yours before you visit a shop. If you sell rings, the same page works on a counter tablet: open a shared link and the hand and ring are already set.
The try-on from a photo of your own hand is not open yet. The AI ring try on page says what is coming, and the questions and answers page covers the rest.
Questions and answers
What is a virtual ring try on?
A way to see a ring on a hand before you buy, in a browser. On SeeYourRing you pick a hand close to yours and a ring style, then slide between the hand with and without the ring. It shows how a style looks on a hand, so you can compare styles before you visit a jeweler.
Can I try a ring on a photo of my own hand?
Not yet. The demonstration on this page runs on twelve example hands, so there is nothing to upload. The try-on from your own hand photo is in private testing, and the try-on page explains what the photo try-on will do. Until it is ready, choose the example hand closest to yours.
Which ring styles can I see on a hand?
Thirty-five so far. Engagement rings: round, oval, emerald-cut, pear, marquise and cushion stones, as solitaires, halos, three-stone rings and toi et moi pairs, in white, yellow and rose gold and platinum. Women's bands: plain, pavé, channel-set, eternity, curved, twisted and wide. Men's bands: gold, titanium, two-tone, black, hammered and channel-set. Each is shown on the hands it suits.
How many hand models can I choose from?
Twelve right now, with more to come, and your own hand once the photo version opens. Pick by what matters to you: eight women's hands and four men's, light, medium, olive and deep skin, ages from the twenties to the sixties, natural nails and painted.
Is this a ring sizer?
No. A ring shown on a hand, one ring at a time. Not a sizer, not a store. The pictures show how a style looks on a hand, not how a size fits a finger. For your size, a jeweler can measure your finger in person.
Can I buy the rings shown here?
Not here, and not through this site. SeeYourRing does not sell rings, hold stock or take a commission on any sale. A jeweler is where a ring is bought, and a saved picture of the style is a good thing to bring along.
For jewelers
A style on a hand, on the counter tablet, in a few seconds
SeeYourRing sells nothing, holds no stock and takes no commission. It shows a ring style on an example hand so a shopper can picture it, and a shared link opens the same hand and ring on any tablet or phone. Later, jewelers will be able to show their own rings here.
